Washington rules route referral compensation through the firm. Everguard pays your brokerage, and your brokerage handles any amount owed to you under its own policy. Your designated broker approves participation before your account is activated.

Partner compensation is payable to the participating real-estate firm, not to an individual licensee. Participation requires approval by the firm’s designated broker and a signed written agreement. Compensation is earned only after the referred project is installed and the required customer payment has been collected. Cancelled, refunded or ineligible projects do not generate compensation, and previously credited amounts may be reversed.
Homeowner information may only be submitted with the homeowner’s permission. Everguard may contact submitted homeowners by phone, email or text regarding the requested project.
